Terms & Conditions
All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of advance payment. Verbal or WhatsApp confirmations without payment are not binding.
Minimum Order Policy
Weddings & Social Events → Minimum 100 guests
Corporate Events → Minimum 100 guests
Private Parties → Minimum 50 guests
BBQ & Live Stations → Minimum 50 guests
Payment Terms
50% advance payment at booking confirmation
Remaining 50% before event day
Accepted: Cash, UPI, Bank Transfer
GST applicable as per government rates
Menu Finalization
- Menu must be finalized minimum 5 days before event
- No changes accepted after finalization
- Additional items subject to availability and extra charges
Cancellation Policy
- 15+ days before event → 25% advance forfeited
- 7-14 days before event → 50% advance forfeited
- Less than 7 days → 100% advance forfeited
- Postponements treated as fresh bookings
Service Area
- Standard service: Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane
- Outstation events: Additional travel and logistics charges apply
Client Responsibilities
- Adequate space for kitchen setup and serving area
- Electricity and water supply at venue
- Parking for catering vehicle
- Security for catering equipment at venue
Food Safety
- All food prepared fresh on event day
- Food Forest Caterer not responsible for food stored beyond 2 hours of serving
- Any allergies or dietary requirements must be communicated during menu finalization
Force Majeure
Food Forest Caterer not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control including natural disasters, government restrictions, or health emergencies.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes subject to Mumbai jurisdiction only.
