Booking & Confirmation

– Booking is confirmed only after
receipt of advance payment
– Minimum 50% advance required
to confirm booking
– Balance payment due before
event date
– Booking confirmation sent via
WhatsApp or email

Cancellation Policy

– Cancellation 30+ days before
event — 75% refund
– Cancellation 15–30 days before
event — 50% refund
– Cancellation 7–15 days before
event — 25% refund
– Cancellation less than 7 days
— No refund
– Rescheduling subject to
availability

. Menu & Food

– Menu finalised 7 days before
event
– Changes to menu after
confirmation subject to
availability
– Guest count to be confirmed
48 hours before event
– Food served fresh on event day
– Leftover food not packed or
taken away
– Food allergies must be
informed in advance

Setup & Service

– Setup time minimum 2 hours
before event
– Venue access required for
setup
– Service staff provided as per
package
– Electricity and water supply
to be arranged by client
– Parking for our vehicles to
be arranged by client

Payment Terms

– All prices in Indian Rupees
– GST applicable as per
government rules
– Payment accepted:
Cash · Bank Transfer · UPI
– No credit terms available
– Invoice provided for all
payments

Liability

– Food Forest Caterer not
responsible for:
— Venue related issues
— Delay due to traffic
— Force majeure events
– Maximum liability limited to
advance payment received
– Client responsible for
venue permissions

– All food prepared in
FSSAI certified kitchen
– Fresh ingredients sourced
daily
– Staff undergo regular
health checks
– Food served at safe
temperatures
– Halal certified non veg
preparation

Photography

– Food Forest Caterer reserves
right to photograph events
for portfolio use
– Client photos used only with
permission
